Rollover Accident in Shubuta
SHUBUTA – Emergency Officials are currently on scene of a one vehicle rollover accident on Highway 145 near the North Shubuta exit.
One person was transported by Paratech EMS to a local hospital for injury evaluation.
Officials on scene tell CCHT the vehicle hit a low-laying cable and drug it behind the vehicle, while tearing off parts of car. Utility poles snapped and it forced the vehicle off the road where it came to a final rest upside down in the ditch.
The Clarke County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation. No names will be released out of respect for all parties involved.
