EMA Trunk-or-Treat Event a Huge Success!
EMA TRUNK-or-TREAT EVENT SUCCESSFUL! The Clarke County Emergency Management Agency hosted their first ever Trunk-or-Treat Event Featuring Clarke County First Responders. There was also a haunted house at the event and LOTS of candy and goodies for the children (and adults).
Kudos to Clarke County EMA Director David Sharp and Deputy Director Toshia Evans for making this event a huge success. The children loved seeing all the fire trucks from all over Clarke County and playing the games that was on hand as well.
Popcorn and Cotton Candy was given out courtesy of Comsouth of Meridian. CCHT really hated to miss this event, but we had prior commitments at the EHS Football game. Hopefully next year we can attend.
What a wonderful and safe way for the kiddos to show off their spooky Halloween costumes and have a blast while doing so. Good work Clarke County EMA!!
With hundreds of people supporting this, it was a great idea for the community. Plans are already being made for next year!! #ClarkeCountyProud
