QPD Responds to Accident Scene

Emergency Officials with Quitman Fire & Rescue, Paratech EMS and Quitman Police Department responded to the scene of a two vehicle accident on Highway 145 (North Archusa Ave) at the Intersection of Northwood / Loretta Drive on Monday evening.

There were no injuries reported, but the northbound side of Highway 145 was temporarily blocked due to the accident. Traffic was detoured around the crashed vehicles until the scene was cleared.

Officials tell CCHT that this was a rear-end collision and QPD is investigating.
