DG #2 Comes to Town!
CCHT has been informed of Dollar General #2 being built and is currently under construction in the 1600 Block of Highway 145 just outside the City of Quitman. Motorist are urged to use caution when traveling northbound just over the hill passed Quail Run Apartments as this could potentially be a limited sight visibility area.
Construction crews will be in the area constructing the new building for the next few months. The new location will be just over 2 miles from the current DG in Quitman and will help serve the northern part of Quitman. We do not have an projected opening date at this time.
NOTE – Some sources say this will be a Family Dollar / Dollar Tree combination store, however our direct source is saying Dollar General. Guess we will wait and find out for sure in the next few days/weeks.
