Accident Knocks Out Power for Enterprise Residents
ENTERPRISE – Enterprise Police Chief Joey Moulds tells CCHT that a one vehicle accident has occurred at the intersection of River Road and South Street in the Town of Enterprise.
Chief Moulds tells us there are no injuries involved in this crash, however power was knocked out for several town residents.
Moulds says Mississippi Power crews are on location at this time and should have the power restored within the hour.
Other witnesses at the crash site tells us the vehicle also struck and damaged a metal fence to a horse pasture which also is being repaired.
The road is blocked from South Street and River Road to the area just south of the Enterprise High School. (We will post an update when the scene is cleared and the road is back open).
Enterprise Police Department along with the Clarke County Sheriff’s Department is currently standing by while crews are working to get the scene cleared.
