“NOW IN CUSTODY”…

Stonewall Police Officers along with Clarke County Sheriff Deputies were recently involved in a high-speed pursuit on County Road 350. The chase lead down many county roads before coming to a stop on County Road 349 just out of Stonewall. After a long intense standoff with a feed bucket a chase then ensued. After several minutes officers were finally heard saying “Now In Custody”…… with a horse!

That’s right, the horse from earlier today was once again seen roaming around the North Stonewall Community when law enforcement officers were able to spot, chase and lasso it to safety.

Good Work Deputy Bradley McNeese and Stonewall Police Officer Kent Stephens for making sure the horse and motoring public was free from harm.

The owner of the horse showed up after the pursuit and took it back to it’s home.
