Stabbing Murder in Stonewall
***BREAKING NEWS***
STONEWALL – Chief Deputy Barry White tells CCHT one person is dead this morning following a stabbing murder scene in the 200 block on Ponderosa Drive in the Town of Stonewall.
The 911 call came in around 04:20 a.m. this morning. Upon arrival of law officers one female was taken into custody without incident.
White says the victim died on scene and the body will be transported to the Mississippi Crime Lab for an autopsy.
Clarke County Sheriff’s Office and CID Investigators are currently working the crime scene at this time. Stonewall Police Department also assisting.
More info will be released this afternoon. No names will be released out of respect for all parties involved.
