Shubuta Accident Sends One to Hospital

SHUBUTA – Emergency Officials are currently working a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 45 & County Road 252 near Midway Service Center, where one person has been transported by Paratech EMS to Wayne General Hospital.

Clarke County Sheriff Deputies, Shubuta Fire Department and State Troopers with the Mississippi Highway Patrol are working the crash.

Sources tell CCHT that the drivers l who caused the accident is possibly impaired and being investigated for DUI charges.
