Vehicle Hits Cow on Hwy 45
***BREAKING NEWS***
SHUBUTA – Clarke County Sheriff Deputies and the Mississippi Highway Patrol is currently working a one vehicle accident on Highway 45 near the Shubuta Exit.
Sources tell CCHT the car struck and killed a cow which was standing in the Highway.
CCHT has withheld posting the photos due to their graphic nature.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is handling the investigation. There are no human injuries involved in this crash.
This accident comes only 2 days after the media release of our news story about the growing, out-of-control livestock / cattle getting out of pastures and fences and into traffic lanes.
Clarke County ranks the highest cattle calls out of 9 counties in Troop H.
