Camper Fire Ruled Suspicious by Investigators
***WEEKEND FIRE RULED SUSPICIOUS***
Clarke County Arson Investigator Shane Harper tells CCHT that
firefighters responded to an abandoned camper trailer fire near the old
West Brothers store at the intersection of Highway 11 and County Road
280 on Sunday morning.
Harper says this fire is currently
under investigation and is of suspicious origin considering the camper
has been abandoned for approx. 5 to 7 years.
Harper says no injuries were involved during the blaze, however
encourages anyone with information surrounding this suspicious fire to
come forward.
