Rainy Day Highway 512 Accident

Tropical Storm Barry causes many accidents across Clarke County. The Clarke County Sheriff’s Office along with State Troopers with the Mississippi Highway Patrol and other Clarke County Emergency Officials have been responding to several accident and calls for service which includes trees being down across roadways. 

The Mississippi Highway Patrol, Troop H worked over 30 accidents in their nine-county district, 8 of which were located right here in Clarke County along Interstate 59, Highway 45, Highway 512,Highway 11 and Highway 513. 

Deputies also responded to accidents on County Roads along with trees down during the main part of Tropical Storm Barry all throughout the day on Sunday. 

There were no life-threatening injuries involved in any of the accidents.
