Armed Robbery Suspect Behind Bars
***BREAKING NEWS***Suspect arrested in armed robbery of Enterprise Dollar General from May 2021.
Investigator Ryan Evans tells CCHT the robbery occurred on Sunday, May 16, 2021, where they’ve been working hard to identify the suspect. “Investigators have been working diligently on this and were able to identify the suspect,” stated Sheriff Todd Kemp. “He was found to be in the Hattiesburg area where officers with HPD arrested him this morning. ”Investigators with CCSO and Enterprise Police Department transported the suspect back to Clarke County this evening where he will face charges.
Suspect, Akeem Stingley, 31 years of age who was transported back to Clarke County this morning, where he was charged with strong armed robbery. Judge Bartee set his bond at $50,000. His case is set to appear at the February Grand Jury.
